In the world of fit celebrities, few ladies can compete with my spirit animal, Jessica Biel. A total package, the gorgeous young actress is not just slim, but super fit. Her arms, abs, legs and a famously-toned rear all give clear evidence of her hard work in the gym and playing sports.
Biel told Elle magazine in 2011 that her workout regimen has quite a variety. Martial arts, boxing, yoga and running with her dogs are all a part of her bag of workout tricks. Of course, what’s a great workout without proper diet and nutrition? She also told the magazine that although it is, admittedly, quite boring, “getting enough sleep, drinking lots of water, having a healthy diet, and staying away from alcohol” really help her to stay fit as well.
