Everyone wants killer abs for the summer and all year round. I’ve been cranking up my core efforts as the warm weather quickly approaches. I’ve got a new video for you with some of the toughest and most effective moves around. Check out the video to see how I strengthen my core and snatch this waist. That involves working the full core–upper and lower abdominals, obliques and lower back.
Of course abs are also made in the kitchen, which means you’ll need to combine this killer core workout with a clean, healthy diet! Check out some of my favorite healthy eating and meal prep ideas.
