Jingle All The Way 5K in D.C.

On Sunday, I had the chance to run in a super-fun race, the Jingle All the Way 5K in Washington, D.C. Although it was more of a “fun run” for me, since all the picture taking slowed me down. The route took us down Pennsylvania Ave. N.W. for an awesome early morning view of the Capital building, around some side streets and back to the Freedom Plaza starting point.

People were so creative with their costumes, I was literally out of breath from laughing while running. There were Frozen themes, reindeer, ducks, adorable dog costumes and even Macho Man Randy Savage, lol.

Check out some of my favorites below (Blitzen was there!) along with me, a few coworkers and friends, and a random (but lovely) Mrs. Claus working at the race.

“Oh What Fun!” I will definitely be stepping up my costume game for next year.
