I realized that I was throwing out coffee way too often, and, inspired by my recent Iced Smoothie Greens idea, decided to freeze it into cubes! I’m all about recycling or repurposing, and this simple solution is also convenient for so many things:
–Add to your protein shake for flavor and a natural caffeine boost
-Make iced coffee that doesn’t get watered down
-Pour milk over it (or almond or coconut milk) and let it melt a bit for a quicker and cheaper iced latte
