Need a little motivation to stick to your guns this weekend? Look no further than the lovely, fantastically fit, Jada Pinkett Smith. The 43-year-old actress, musician and mom is glowing in the October issue of Health.
She also shares some secrets in the issue as to how she keeps her enviable figure. Of course, she’s super busy, especially having landed a role on Fox’s new Batman-themed series “Gotham.” (Pretty good show so far!) However, the one tip I found most interesting was that she adjusts her workouts to her level of activity and lifestyle for the week. This means that if she knows she will be eating more than usual, she adjusts her workouts accordingly.
“If I have a heavy carb week, I’ve got a heavy cardio week,” says Pinkett Smith.
