Today’s #Fitspiration comes from the lovely Angela Simmons. I feel that we are kindred spirits, or at least that we have kindred body types. Her toned physique is great motivation for someone who is pear shaped (thicker on the bottom and smaller on top) like myself. The young entrepreneur employs lots of high-intensity interval training (H.I.I.T), kickboxing and calisthenics in her workouts with her personal trainer.
Of course, we know that a workout alone does not a fit chick make. Miss Simmons is also a proud vegetarian, even posing in an ad for Peta to promote her meat-free lifestyle. Check out some pics of her rocking bod and workout moves below.
